Bilton supplies a wide variety of internal and external coatings for the equipment we manufacture. We’re experts at matching the correct paint or coating to your equipment’s application. Internal coatings for equipment used in natural gas processing inhibit corrosion, extending the life of your equipment. We can also apply food-grade coatings for tanks holding any type of food or potable water. Bilton does all of the grit blasting before painting in-house to the strictest surface preparation standards as per the Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC).

Before Bilton works on your equipment, you can count on us for an honest assessment of whether or not it is worth repairing. We are happy to quote the price of repairs versus buying new.
Bilton has mobile units and qualified personnel to assist with emergency repairs, processing plant shutdowns or expansions anywhere in western Canada. Our mobile fleet is supported by Bilton’s in-house engineering services and Innisfail manufacturing facilities.

Bilton has a large machining bay equipped with a state-of-the-art plasma cutting table. We have the capability to plasma cut parts for your manufacturing facility or anything else you need machined. Our plasma cutter is extremely accurate, allowing us to machine parts demanding tolerances within a fraction of one millimetre.
We have steel braking equipment to make shapes and forms.
Bilton’s automated cutting table is programmed to optimize material usage so you get as many parts as possible out of each piece of steel. Less wasted steel lowers your manufacturing costs.
DESIGNED FOR VERSATILITY
Bilton manufacturers rigid polyurethane insulation panels that are ideal for tanks, vessels, large pipes and buildings. Our insulation panels deliver a high-insulating value of R 7.1, and they are easy to install, lightweight and maintenance free. Single-sided insulation panels are typically used for cladding. Double-sided panels are great for building freestanding structures and are available with a variety of metal surfaces. Insulation panels come in lengths up to 28 feet, widths of 48 inches and thickness from 1.5 to 6 inches. Impermeable cladding options include aluminum, galvanized, galvalume and pre-painted.
Bilton Rigid Polyurethane Insulation Panels are composed of a uniform closed cell polyurethane foam core bonded to various sheet metal skins on one or both sides. The composite single sided panels are ideal for cladding and are available saw scored to fit tanks, vessels, large pipe or non flat surfaces. The double sided panels are available with combinations of metal surfaces that can be applied to suit desired appearance and functionality. They are insulated modular building panels that can be used for wall, door, and roof applications. Panels can be joined with thermally broken lap joints or with structural extrusions for butt, corner, roof, window and door applications.
