More Than a Workplace: Inside Bilton Family Day 2026

What does a company look like when you bring together the people behind the work?
On June 14, more than 200 Bilton employees and family members gathered for a day that reminded us exactly who we are and what makes this place special.
For one day, our facility looked a little different. Welding bays and fabrication shops became destinations for curious kids. Coworkers became tour guides. Families got a firsthand look at the projects, people, and workplace their loved ones talk about every day.
There were pancakes, face painting, lawn games, a bouncy castle, and plenty of smiles.
But the most memorable part of the day wasn't any single activity. It was the pride.
The pride of employees showing their children where they work.
The pride of spouses finally putting faces to the names they've heard around the dinner table.
The pride of seeing multiple generations walk through our doors together.
At Bilton, we manufacture and fabricate custom equipment for some of North America's most important industries. But behind every project, every milestone, and every success story is something even more important: people.
Family Day was a chance to celebrate those people and the families who support them.
It was also a reminder that culture isn't something written on a wall. It's something built over time through relationships, trust, teamwork, and shared experiences. It's reflected in the employees who have built careers here, the families who cheer them on, and the connections that continue to grow across generations.
None of it would have been possible without our incredible volunteers. From early morning setup to helping activities run throughout the day, they played a huge role in creating an experience that families will remember.
As Bilton continues to grow, so does the community behind it.
Because while we're proud of what we build, we're even prouder of the people who build it.
Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, and helped make Bilton Family Day 2026 such a success.
We can't wait to do it again.
