B Pressure Welder

By the application of common trade practices, which may include, but is not limited to,

Requirements,

• Certified Alberta B Pressure welder
• Strong welding skills with manufacturing experience
• The ability to read and follow blueprints
• A thorough knowledge of the pressure welding process specifications, weld procedures and codes
• Work within the Health & Safety Policies and guidelines
• Self motivated, with an excellent work ethic

Duties,

• Lay out, fit and weld components to assemble structural forms such as tanks, pressure vessels, and various other items as needed
• Install structural parts, components, and assemblies in support of production schedules
• Complete daily records
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Perform various clean-up and housekeeping activities.
• Other duties as required

Previous pressure vessel fitting and or welding experience is an asset

Journeyman and Apprentice Welders

By the application of common trade practices, which may include, but is not limited to,

Requirements,

• Registered with Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training
• Experience and knowledge of welding process specifications
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and weld procedures
• Work within and adhere to Health & Safety Policies and guidelines
• Self motivated, with an excellent work ethic

Duties,

• Lay out, fit and weld components to assemble structural forms such as tanks, pressure vessels, and various other items as needed
• Install structural parts, components, and assemblies in support of production schedules
• Complete records
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Perform various clean-up and housekeeping activities
• Other duties as required

Previous experience with frames, tanks, and vessels is an asset

Apprentice or Journeyman Millwright

By the application of common trade practices, which may include, but is not limited to,

• Registered with Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training
• Install, maintain, upgrade or fabricate machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings in industrial field
• Build, construct or accurately fabricate parts, shapes, mechanisms and assemblies to meet specifications or need
• Read engineering drawings and blue prints
• Work within and adhere to Health & Safety Policies and guidelines
• Self motivated, with an excellent work ethic
• Other duties as required

Previous experience is an asset

Internal coatings Industrial painter

The candidate chosen for this position will,

• Have experience with the Internal Coatings process and related equipment
• Have experience with tank or vessel preparation for coating external and internal surfaces
• Perform cleanup tasks after coatings complete
• Assist in loading and unloading of Paint Bays
• Assist with paint equipment clean up and maintenance
• Maintain and use all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required for the tasks performed
• Maintain their area in a clean and tidy manner
• Have knowledge of Epoxy, Polyethylene, Enamel and urethane
• Work within and adhere to Health & Safety Policies and guidelines
• Be self motivated, with an excellent work ethic
• Other duties as required

**This position will be required to work overtime and irregular shifts when assigned by your supervisor or the Production Manager.
