From design to manufacturing, our quality control procedures ensure that each piece of Bilton equipment is safe to operate and safe for the environment. We custom build each piece of equipment to satisfy the environmental regulations in the region or country where it operates.
Energy-saving technologies
Bilton incorporates energy-saving technologies into many types of equipment. We fabricate our own highly efficient, urethane insulation up to an R-value of R7.1/inch nominal. Well-insulated equipment requires less energy for processes, lowering your operating costs and minimizing your greenhouse gas emissions. Bilton also offers solar power-sources as an option on many types of equipment, such as ignition equipment and methanol inject packages. We have also implemented an energy awareness program that teaches employees how to conserve energy at Bilton and at home.
Recycling
Bilton’s company-wide recycling program has significantly reduced the amount of waste generated by its facilities. We recycle many manufacturing by-products, including scrap metals and paint waste by-products.
